Biography

As a highly motivated and initiative-taking law graduate, he has, in my personal capacity, worked with various law offices where he has undertaken all types of drafting work including drafts of plaints and pleadings along with numerous agreements. Apart from this, he has indulged hisself in research work as delegated by his superiors. In his internships, he has worked in fields like Criminal Law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property law and other Central Government legislations pertaining to governmental employees. Post his Graduation, he has worked in the field of Military law and Central Government legislations. He handled cases of civil nature and criminal cases of grave and heinous nature, economic offences and cases pertaining to Negotiable Instruments. With the advent of his independent practice, he provide his clients with solutions having an approach unique to their requirements, based on the experience garnered during his time working with prestigious law firms.

● Interned at Gaggar and Partners, March-April 2017 (4 weeks).

He has worked with the office of Wg Cdr Ajit Kakkar (Retd.) in the capacity of counsel. During his tenure he has worked on cases related to the Armed Forces, Paramilitary Forces and Central Government Employees. Gained experience of appearing before various tribunals such as The Armed Forces Tribunal and The Central Administrative Tribunal. At the firm he worked on cases pertaining to transfers, pensions, court martials, disability pensions amongst other things.

He worked with Mr. Vaibhav Gaggar at his law firm “Gaggar and Partners” as an independent counsel. During his association with the firm, he handled litigation in various District courts and Tribunals in Delhi/NCR. His work included drafting petitions and suits before the District Courts, drafting, applying and arguing bail applications in criminal cases including economic offences. He also drafted and argued Writ petitions before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. He Undertook assignments/cases pertaining to criminal laws, economic offences, civil laws, real estate laws and consumer protection laws. Additionally, he has appeared in cases instituted before RERA, Consumer forums and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.

He has legal advisor for The Air Foundation helping and advising the foundation and its members on numerous issues pertaining to the environment and animal cruelty. The purpose and mission on his association with the foundation is to protect the environment and its inhabitants for the generations to come.
